Georgia Real Floors is an owner-operated hardwood flooring contractor working residential jobs in Metro Atlanta. Here is how a job runs, what we hold ourselves to, and who shows up at your door.

Christian gives the estimate, runs the job and walks the finished floor with you. You are not handed to a salesman on day one and a crew you have never met on day two.
He carries LOBA-Wakol Connected Systems certification — a finish program where the adhesive, sealer and topcoat are approved to work together as one warranted system — and works to NWFA-aligned standards.
We take residential jobs only, inside Metro Atlanta only. Both limits are deliberate. A small service area is what makes it possible for the person responsible for the floor to be standing on it at the end.

Anyone can say they pay attention to detail. This is what we mean by it.
Flat, not just sanded
We check the subfloor for flatness before a single board goes down and feather out the dips. Nobody sees this step. Everybody feels it.
Scribed transitions
Where wood meets tile, we scribe the wood to the tile's edge. We do not hide a gap under a T-molding and call it finished.
Wood that acclimates
Georgia humidity moves hardwood. Material sits in your house and reaches equilibrium before we install it, so it does not gap in January.

How we run your job.
Four stages. You will always know which one you are in.
In-home visit
You call, we come out. We measure, check the subfloor for flatness and moisture, and bring samples so you can see them in your own light instead of under showroom bulbs.
Written estimate
Species, plank width, finish, schedule and price — line by line, in writing. Nothing to argue about later.
The work
Acclimation, install, sanding, finish. Containment goes up on day one and the site gets cleaned every evening.
Walkthrough with Christian
The owner walks the finished floor with you. Every transition, every reveal. The job does not close until you say it does.
